The Site Advisors positions involve continually meeting with customers and giving them advice to ensure wastes are being delivered in the appropriate manner while ensuring the safety of the staff, customers and users of the waste reception sites.
The postholders will ensure that all waste and recyclables delivered to the Department’s facilities are separated into the correct disposal bins to maximise the recycling potential of items being disposed of. Candidates must be able to provide a high standard of customer service to all of our waste reception site users. Both positions are full-time with one position working a shift work pattern that covers weekend working and the other a Monday-Friday role.
