The Catering Department within the structure of the health and community services are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our developing and exciting team. To apply for this important post, you must have extensive experience within the catering industry, City and Guilds 706/1 / 706/2 or equivalent qualification and a good understanding of the cook- chill system. You must also have a level two up to date food hygiene certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate. It is of paramount importance that the applicant possesses certain skills required to succeed in this position.
