We are looking to appoint a School Business Manager to play a key role in our school. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team whose responsibility it is to ensure the business functions of the school run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who:
• Shows an ability to use existing resources to overcome challenges and a willingness to create effective solutions
• Demonstrates confidence, emotional intelligence, integrity and discretion
• Has good interpersonal skills and can interact easily with staff, children and the wider community
• Can ensure effective management of Health and Safety, Finance, Data Protection and HR.
