The Catering Department within the structure of the Health and community services are looking to recruit a 38 hour enthusiastic and experienced Chef to join our developing and exciting team. To apply for this important post, you must have extensive experience within the catering industry, City and Guilds 706/1 / 706/2 or equivalent qualification and a good understanding of the cook- chill system.
This is a full time permanent post, working 38 hours per week. The function of work is currently within three sections, the C.P.K at St. Peter's government Catering unit, and both the Thyme out restaurant kitchen and the Private patients kitchen at the J.G.H. Private patients kitchen requires the post holder to work split shifts.
