This post is responsible for the operational management and delivery of Youth Work at the Inclusion Youth Project and involves managing resources and colleagues as well as the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities.
Candidates must either hold or be prepared to work towards achieving a JNC recognised Youth Work qualification and have experience managing teams and working with groups of young people in informal learning and/or youth work setting.
Knowledge and experience of supporting young people with additional needs or disabilities would be required.
