St Saviour’s School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Designated Safeguarding Lead to join their team. The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to focus on the safety and welfare of our pupils at all times, covering all aspects of their lives. The successful candidate will be resilient with an ability to represent the needs of pupils when working collaboratively with various outside agencies.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with students, staff and parents. The successful applicant will be well organised, flexible, friendly and be able to work to deadlines, often at short notice and under a degree of pressure.
This position is for 33hrs per week, Monday to Fridays in term time and 20 days over the year in the school holidays.
