States of Jersey has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, registered social worker to join the Older Adults team to work with individuals who need palliative care.
A good understanding of palliative care and working with bereavement and loss would be advantageous for this position
You will be required to manage a caseload of individuals as allocated by the team manager and undertake assessments of need taking into account current support systems.
Risk management skills are required for this role and an understanding of best interests and capacity is essential.
