The Law Officers’ Department invites applications for the position of Conveyancer to assist with the demanding workload within the small collegiate Property Team which is part of the Civil Division of the Law Officers’ Department. The Property Team provides conveyancing services and advice in respect of all Jersey Immovable Property and other related matters on behalf of the Attorney General to the Crown and to the Government of Jersey, Ministers and Departments. You will be an experienced Conveyancer capable of carrying out full title checks, will have good drafting skills and will be able to ensure that the interests of the Public of the Island are appropriately secured in all land related matters.
