Within this role you will to be child and young person focused, have good communication skills, have an open and inclusive approach, be a team player , mentor staff and promote staff development. You will be required to support the children and young people with medical appointments, educational meetings and professional meetings and most importantly ensuring that the children and young peoples needs are being met and that their voices are heard.
