As part of Jersey’s commitment to putting children first, we are building the Children and Families Hub Service to deliver effective early help and ensure that children and families get the right help at the right time underpinned by the Jersey’s Children First practice framework.
As a Family Partnership Worker, you will undertake direct work with families and act as the lead worker for children and families with multiple or complex needs to help them make changes in their lives, to build resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
We are seeking applicants with experience of multi-agency working who are passionate about working with families as equal partners. We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and have vacancies in the Generic team.
