To promote the wellbeing, mental health and independence by providing peer support and supporting service users with activities in order to meet planned care goals.
Staff at this level will work under the general guidance and direction of qualified staff and will have immediate access to advice and guidance.
The post holder will provide a high standard of peer support to individual service users within a designated team, working as part of the multi-disciplinary team
The post holder will demonstrate an understanding of the Government of Jersey code of practice for health and social care support workers and apply these to maintain trust and credibility with individuals, carers and colleagues
