The postholder will provide a confidential secretarial service for the Viscount and Deputy Viscount; and an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support service to the whole Viscount’s Department and Court Service; particularly assisting with the assize trial jury administration and coronial matters.
Although an afternoon job, the post-holder will be expected to be fully flexible and able to work full time as and when required. This will be to cover for holiday periods, sick leave and to meet occasional additional requirements.
