Your role will be to work directly with the children within the Foundation Stage, supporting them in their learning and development. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the EYFS and have a passion and enthusiasm for working within the Foundation Stage.
You will need to be highly organised and pay attention to detail in children’s development records in order to support the class teacher and further children’s learning. You will need to communicate with parents effectively on a daily basis to support and encourage home/ school relationships. Working in partnership with parents and colleagues, you will ensure both safeguarding and health and safety guidelines are followed at all times. You must demonstrate a willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and have a good sense of humour.
