This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to work within the community setting and within the multi-disciplinary team of Rapid Response and Reablement, based at Family Nursing and Home Care. The client group have a variety of conditions and co-morbidities across all specialty areas, therefore generalized experience would be very suitable.
This will be a fixed term contract for 1 year, initially part time, whilst the manager establishes the longer term requirements for the physiotherapy component within the team. There is the possibility that this could become a full time role.
