The Catering Department at the General Hospital are looking to recruit a 35 hour enthusiastic and experienced Commis Chef to join our developing and exciting team. To apply for this important post, you must have extensive experience within the catering industry, a good understanding of the cook-chill system and a City and Guilds 706/1 or equivalent qualification. You must also have a level two up to date food hygiene certificate and Allergen Awareness.
