Health and Social Services are looking to appoint a Director of Operations within the Community and Social Services directorate. The successful candidate will be either a qualified Nurse or Social Worker with a minimum of 10 years significant experience in planning, designing and managing services to a range of vulnerable and at risk users. You will be responsible for providing support and drive to the transformation of services, promote person centred practice and services moving from traditional buildings and residential based services. You will lead the design and introduction of a fit for purpose governance, finance and performance to manage integrated service delivery ensuring value for money.
