The opportunity has arisen for a patient centred, enthusiastic staff nurse to join the rehabilitation unit working within a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will be caring for patients with a wide range of care needs including neurological, orthopaedic and medical conditions, promoting independence with the aim to discharge home. The candidate must be able to work as part of a dynamic team and ensure up to date clinical practice is incorporated within their care delivery.
