A part-time Finance and Administration Officer is required to provide a comprehensive, confidential and accurate financial service to the Office of the Lieutenant-Governor. The post holder is also required to provide HR support and administration and general office support.
Required to prepare financial reports, forecasts and returns and administer and input HR information and prepare contracts and returns and annual tax (EBIK) to ensure that all financial and HR aspects of the services are well documented and efficiently processed within set deadlines.
