An enthusiastic and dynamic project manager is required to coordinate a large scale recruitment process for health and social care practitioners. The post holder will provide a key point of communication between different organisations involved in the national recruitment campaign. The role will include supporting the preparation, and coordination of the initial campaign as well as subsequent interviews and assessment centres for shortlisted candidates. The post holder is required to have excellent project management skills, organisational skills and work to tight deadlines.
