We are looking for highly motivated Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers to join our Learning Disability Services in working with individuals who present with behaviour that may challenge. The successful candidates will be reliable, hardworking and support the delivery of an excellent standard of care in the persons own home with the support of a multidisciplinary team approach. The post holder will have good communication and observational skills in order to develop the persons choice and control within all aspects of daily living.
