Working with people with Brain Injury and their families within the local community, the successful applicant will be required to work as part of a team as well as on their own. Experience of lone working in the community and working with complex needs is essential. The role includes actioning care plans as part of the client’s rehabilitation. You will need good clear communication skills, IT skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. QCF Level 3 is desirable or the successful applicant to work towards it. The successful applicant must hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car.
