The Jersey Youth Service is looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Training and Development Officer with responsibility to develop a strong and engaging training strategy and programme for staff from volunteers to professionally qualified youth workers, as well as deliver high quality training to support policy implementation and also be the lead on accredited outcomes for young people.
This is an important, demanding and varied post within the management team of the Youth Service
