Joining us as a Senior Social Worker in a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide social work support and a rapid response to individuals in crisis. That means developing person-centred care and intervention plans, balancing users’ rights to self-determination with your duty of care and sound risk management. You will join our team in conducting statutory assessments under the Mental Health Law.
A registered Social Work (HCPC) you’ll have substantial post-qualification experience of social work, including the specialist field of mental health and current practice as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP). You’ll be ready to quickly build a comprehensive knowledge of Jersey mental health law and the range of services available, including private and voluntary sector providers. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are key.
