We are looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our service. The successful candidate must be reliable and hardworking, supporting the delivery of excellent standards of resident care on Maple Ward. The post holder must have good communication skills and a friendly caring attitude, working with patients to promote health and independence whilst providing support to meet planned goals of care. Staff working at this level will work under the direction and have immediate access to advice and guidance from registered nurses on the unit Experience of caring for older adults is essential. NVQ/QCF level 2 is desirable. Good IT skills are essential for this role.
