We are looking for a dynamic leader to work with the Chief Officer and senior team to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient police service for Jersey. The Deputy Chief Officer will contribute to the strategic development of the force, lead progressive change programmes and be accountable for a portfolio of responsibilities (e.g. Senior Information Risk Owner, Authorising Officer and Head of Professional Standards). Having the skills and experience to maintain and develop relationships with strategic partners on a local, national and international level will play a key part in the role. As Deputy Chief Officer, you must be able to display the skills required in accordance with the Personal Qualities of the Policing Professional Framework.
