Due to retirement, La Moye School are seeking to appoint a new Caretaker to support the school by managing the school site. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be eager to work in a school environment. They will be highly organised and be able to prioritise and manage their own time. A key part of the role is to overseeing and managing contractors, and to ensure site safety and security. A good working knowledge of Health and Safety will be important to this role, although where needed, training will be provided. In addition, the Caretaker’s role will also require skill in completing basic DIY type tasks, such as painting and decorating and assembling furniture to a good standard.
