An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Housing Department for an experienced person from a property maintenance background, preferably with a construction related degree, to join an existing housing maintenance team. The successful candidate will have strong project and financial management skills and the ability to work under pressure. The contract is fixed term for 5 years.
