We’re looking for an experienced social worker to become a Practice Improvement Practitioner to contribute to the Improvement Agenda and take lead responsibility for practice Improvement. You will bring your skills and experience into our environment of continuous improvement and work strategically and operationally to embed new ways of working into practice. You will have access to, and the opportunity to collaborate with, a range of teams and partners. We’ll work as one, across our island community, to give our children and young people the best possible outcomes in life.
