The ePrescribing Project Team are looking to recruit a Digital Nurse. The Post holder will work closely with the project team to ensure views and operational processes are represented when planning the project within specialist medicine administration wards in the Health sector. Enable change, support electronic processes in the delivery of safe and effective patient care. Offer operational support, liaising with colleagues to provide a change management function for their professional area, helping to ensure that change is effectively, efficiently and sustainably delivered in into the business area.
