The post-holder is responsible for the management of an efficient and effective catering service within agreed budget and resource allocation, while maintaining compliance with all local instructions and relevant food safety legislation. The manager will be required to supervise, motivate and develop a number of Catering Officers and Prisoners assigned to work in the kitchen, together with dealing and responding to prisoner queries and complaints.
