Justice and Home Affairs has a key role to play in supporting the vision ‘for Jersey to be a place to live, work and visit where people are safe and feel safe, which is free from discrimination and where rights and differences are respected’. The post holder, who will report directly into the Director General, will be responsible for the development, co-ordination and implementation of all corporate, strategic change and departmental business initiatives to support the department’s strategic objectives and support all of the department’s service leads in ensuring that the whole department is run in an efficient and effective way.
