Applicants will have recent extensive practical experience of court procedures in the UK and, ideally, Jersey and preferably some experience of policy development and/or instructing law draftsmen. The post is offered for a period of two years initially but may be extended if the project requires it. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and presentational skills as any proposal for new legislation will need to be the subject of consultation with a wide range of stake holders in order to gain their support.
