You ideally will have previous experience and skills in training and facilitating groups and a passion for learning and making change happen. Strong influencing and communication skills and excellent organisation skills are essential as you will be required to design and support engagement activity and deliver workshops to employees and leaders across government. This is a new team and we are looking for both experienced facilitators/trainers as well as individuals with a can do, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
