Customer and Local Services is committed to putting customers at the heart of everything they do and improving the customer experience across Government. The Welcome Host is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high quality service to customers, ensuring they receive a friendly and courteous welcome and their enquiries are dealt with quickly, or triaged to the appropriate colleague.
