An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Day Services team. Day Services work over a variety of social care settings, offering a range of leisure and social opportunities to a variety of client groups which includes learning disabilities, autism, dementia care and older adults. The core role and function of Day Services is to provide appropriate support that enables people to access meaningful opportunities within their own communities, such as, leisure, social, sports and volunteering activities. The service also provides outreach support to people living in their own homes, or with families, to promote and enable independent living.
