This is an exiting time to join People and Corporate Services within the Government of Jersey. As an Adviser you will provide advice on employment matters, some of which are of a highly complex and or sensitive nature. You will be responsible for ensuring that Departments adopt good people practices in the management of their people.
You will support with the implementation of plans and people initiatives across Government Departments ensuring the effective day to day operation, reviewing and monitoring service objectives and standards.
The successful applicants will be given the opportunity to maximise individual contribution and be able to exercise considerable initiative and judgement to resolve operational issues.
