• Deliver a world leading Emergency Medicine service
• Establish a Clinical Decision Unit (CDU)
• Provide ED/ Acute floor/ CDU presence
• Maintain short waiting times
• Enhanced clinical assessment with point of care equipment to deliver a “one stop shop” all-encompassing assessment service for our patients
