Customer and Local Services are recruiting for team leaders in the Work and Family Hub and the Business Hub.
The successful candidate will provide motivational leadership and guidance to a team of advisors, enabling them to meet the objectives of the department as well as high customer satisfaction standards. They will be responsible for managing team and individual performance, ensuring effective systems and processes are adhered to and SLAs are delivered.
