This is an opportunity to become part of a team passionate about putting customers at the heart of Government. We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join the Customer Experience Team, to help lead and support projects that will empower teams across Government to deliver positive customer experiences across all services. The successful candidate will help to ensure that we design our services and processes in a way that makes them consistently easy to access and use, and allows our colleagues to think ahead for customers and anticipate their future needs.
