Health and Community Services is developing its Mental Health Community Services and an exciting opportunity has arisen for registered nurses, educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant post qualifying experience to join the newly formed teams for Crisis and Home Treatment Service. We are a multi-disciplinary team which covers the remits of crisis assessments including; urgent GP referrals, liaison assessments and community triage. We also have a home treatment team within the service. The home treatment team provides effective and therapeutic treatments at home as an alternative to hospital admission. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, committed to the crisis response model and be able to work flexibly within a shift system.
