An opportunity has arisen within the Governance team at Customer and Local Services to support and further develop its culture of quality improvement and compliance. The successful candidate will be proactive in the delivery of a risk and compliance programme which includes work within the areas of data protection, freedom of information, risk management, quality assurance and appeals management.
We require a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and efficiently. Attention to detail is essential. Experience in the application of a risk management framework would be an advantage although training will be given.
