What will be expected of you?
1. Contributing to the development and delivery of a standard people analytics reporting suite, including the PCS performance dashboard.
2. Support delivery of accurate and timely data and reporting for the Employee Engagement Survey and other pulse surveys.
3. Providing accurate, timely data in response to States Assembly, Freedom of Information and other statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
4. Working with PCS colleagues at all levels, responding to requests by providing timely, accurate data and reporting.
