We are seeking a dynamic, professional individual with significant experience of designing and delivering learning and development programmes to join our Learning and Development Team in Children’s Services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop, communicate and implement the vision for the department’s learning and development programme as a Learning and Development Manager.
We welcome applications from individuals with strong learning and development management experience who have a robust understanding of Children’s Social Care with a passion for and experience in developing strong stakeholder and partnership relationships.
