We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to work in Older People's Mental Health Services at Poplars Day Centre the role is to provide care and or activities for clients with complex Mental Health problems/illness as part of a multidisciplinary care plan, enabling the client to continue living in the community. you will be working as part of a team and may be required to work across the other Older Adult Services as needed.
