The Government of Jersey is seeking a Higher Officer within International Tax (Compliance) to support the Deputy Director. The main responsibilities of the role are: Ensure that entities in Jersey comply with their obligations under Jersey’s international tax commitments, principally in relation to the application of the rules on Economic Substance and/or FATCA/CRS. Undertake review of entities’ reports to identify risks of non-compliance.
