The Office of the Chief Executive is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide a comprehensive and professional business performance and planning service to the Communications Directorate.
You will provide a range of financial processing services (e.g. reconciliation of purchase card transactions, receiving and checking in all stages of payments in and payments out) and ensure that they relate to the correct budgets. You will initiate ordering and receipting of goods with Supply Jersey, review order requisitions and liaise with external providers to ensure goods and services are ordered and delivered on time / budget and in adherence to the Public Finance Manual.
