The Jersey Field Squadron is looking to appoint a Senior Storekeeper to ensure the secure, accurate and diligent maintenance of the Field Squadron’s stores and stores accounts on the MOD’s accounting system.
The postholder must have a good standard of education i.e. GCSE Grades A-C in English and Maths or equivalent. Previous experience of stores management and stock control and other stores purchasing procedures is essential.
Ideally the postholder will have previous military experience in either working for or serving with HM Forces.
The postholder must have a full manual driving licence; an HGV (C and CE) would be desirable.
The postholder must be IT literate, training will be provided to get an understanding of all MOD IT programmes and systems.
