The States Greffe is looking for an organised and motivated individual to lead its Support Services Team, helping to deliver an effective administration service to the department and to the States Assembly. The Support Services Team provides a first line of administrative support for States Members and deals with enquiries from public visitors to the States Assembly Information Centre. It prepares and administers documentation for States meetings; attending these meetings and Scrutiny hearings to operate audio, log-noting and webcasting systems. Team members also administer travel bookings and help to manage the use of States Assembly facilities. Alongside undertaking these tasks, the Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Team, managing workflow and allocating work, and ensuring the delivery of a highly effective, professional and proactive service.
