Lead, manage and deliver an education curriculum with the objective of combatting reoffending and having input into the 7 pathways, ensuring that provision is consistent with national criteria determined by the Adult Learning Inspectorate. Design and deliver educational courses which align with the skills gaps in the local job market. You must possess good people skills and excellent organisational and management skills.
