The Consultants will support the Employment Experience, Reward and Employment Relations Team in creating a holistic approach in employment engagement, establishing people policies and assessing the impact of people policies on the employee experience. You will Support with the creation of strategies that ensure employees are rewarded in line with the Government of Jersey values. Supporting with the creation of total reward and Service Reviews. As a Consultant you will aim to create and maintain positive working relationship with our people, Unions and Employee Networks and be resolution focused.
